Leonarda E.  Rapp. 80 of Erie, Michigan, died Thursday, January 25, 2018, in Hickory Ridge of Temperance.  Born May 16, 1937, she was the daughter of Erbin W. and Agnes D. (Hofbauer) Newman. She married Harold Jr. Rapp on May 19. 1956.  He preceded her in death on November 12, 2001.  She enjoyed watching Michigan Football, bingo, playing cards and going to casinos.

She is survived by her loving children, Bonnie Rapp, Linda Sharpe and James (Mindy) Rapp; 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her son, Timothy “Bruce” Rapp; son-in-law, Michael Sharpe; and several brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be from 3-8 pm Monday, January 29, 2018, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, January 30, 2018.  Memorials may be made to Seagate Food Bank.   www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
